Privacy Policy

PeptAide is a peptide and supplement tracking app. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
- Account information: email address, account identifier, and authentication information supplied through email, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In.
- Health and tracking information: peptide and supplement schedules, doses, inventory, progress entries, nutrition information, goals, and other information you choose to enter.
- Photos and AI inputs: images or questions you voluntarily submit when using supported scanning or coaching features.
- Usage and device information: basic app events, feature usage, diagnostics, device type, and crash or performance information.
- Subscription information: subscription status and product information. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure your account, provide tracking and AI-assisted features, synchronize your data, manage subscriptions and promotional access, troubleshoot problems, improve the app, and respond to support requests.
We do not sell your personal or health information to third parties. We do not use your health tracking information for third-party advertising.
Service providers
We use service providers that process limited information on our behalf:
- AWS and AWS Cognito for cloud hosting, account authentication, and secure data storage.
- RevenueCat to manage subscription status and purchase entitlements.
- Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In when you choose a social sign-in option.
- AI and analytics providers to process features you request, measure app reliability, and improve functionality.
These providers may process information under their own privacy policies and contractual obligations. We share only what is reasonably necessary to operate the app.
Data retention and security
We retain account and tracking information while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. Some backup, transaction, or security records may remain for a limited period after deletion.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and encrypted cloud services. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or object to certain processing. You can update or delete available data in the app. You may also request an account data export or account deletion by contacting us.
Deleting the app does not automatically delete your account or cloud data. Subscription cancellation is managed separately through your Apple account settings.
Children and policy updates
PeptAide is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy as the app changes. We will update the effective date on this page and provide additional notice when required.
